Can I retrieve all my data from Simplicate when I decide to cancel my subscription?

When you decide to cancel, you can retrieve the data from Simplicate in two ways: via an Excel export and via the API.

If you decide to stop using Simplicate’s software, you can extract the existing data from Simplicate in two ways:

  • Standard exports

  • Via the API

Standard Exports

In many areas of Simplicate, you will find export buttons in the top right corner. When you use these, you will get Excel files that contain data from the overviews. These exports can be used to save and archive your overview data.

Via the API

If you want to export more information than is available through the standard exports, you can use the API to retrieve most relevant data. The API is not 100% comprehensive, so certain documentation cannot be extracted via the API. By default, this information is delivered in JSON format. This format can be read by many other systems. However, some technical knowledge is required for this.
