It offers insight into how all registered hours relate to each other. You can quickly see the ratio between productive hours, unproductive time, leave, and absenteeism compared to the schedule, over the months.

All registered hours can be divided into the following four categories. Below, we explain which hours fall into each category.

Scheduled hours
Scheduled hours provide an overview of the total number of scheduled hours and offer insight into the completeness of time registration.

Direct hours
These are all hours logged on Projects where the project settings for invoicing are set to Yes. Billable yes/no does not affect this calculation. This refers to all productive hours.

Indirect hours
These are all hours logged on internal Projects where the project settings for invoicing are set to No (Internal project).

Leave
These are all leave bookings, including both vacation and public holidays.

Absenteeism
These are all hours logged against an absenteeism type.
