Your dashboard already shows you when colleagues have their birthday, but birthdays of clients and other relations were missing until now — while a call or card on the right day gives just that bit of extra attention.
With the new "Birthdays" widget for CRM persons, you see at a glance which relations have their birthday coming up in the next month. You click straight through from the list to the relevant person.
How does it work?
The widget shows all relations whose birthday falls within a month, sorted by upcoming birthday and then by name — in the same way as the existing birthdays widget for employees. The list scrolls, so you always see everyone in one overview, even with a large customer base.
You only see the relations you have access to according to your permissions: the relation manager permission and access to company profiles are respected, just as elsewhere in the CRM.
How do you set it up?
The widget is not turned on by default. You turn it on yourself on your dashboard, just like other widgets. You need the "View CRM" permission to use the widget.
