When you log in to Simplicate, you immediately see an overview of registered hours, birthdays, product updates, and more. This way, you start your day in Simplicate with a clear overview.
Explanation of the Dashboard Widgets
Registered Hours
In the Registered Hours widget, you can see how many scheduled hours you have and how many hours you have already registered. On Mondays, the overview shows the previous week by default; on other days, it shows the current week.
*You can see this widget if you have the “Time - Access” permission.
Upcoming Birthdays
In the Upcoming Birthdays widget, you can see which colleagues will celebrate their birthdays soon. It displays the next five birthdays within the coming two months.
*You can see this widget if you have the “Show all employees in employes view” permission.
Upcoming Calendar Events
In the Upcoming Calendar Events widget, you can see your current and upcoming appointments from your linked Google or Outlook calendar. Once an event has passed, it automatically disappears. Read more about the external calendar integration.
Planned Leave
In the Planned Leave widget, you can view an overview of your upcoming leave requests, including the status of each one.

Product Updates
In the Product Updates widget, you can read about the latest developments in Simplicate. It shows the five most recent product update articles, and you can access the full archive.

No, at this moment you cannot customize the dashboard to your personal preferences. We are looking into possibilities to add this in the future.
