For each employee, you can record their marital status. We have already added a number of options in Simplicate. You can easily adjust these options yourself via Settings (Settings > HRM > ‘Marital status’ tab). To edit an existing option, simply click on it. Want to add a marital status? Then click on ‘+ Add’ in the top right corner of your screen. This way, you can easily determine which variants apply to your organization.
You can then record the marital status of employees in the HRM module on the ‘Personal info’ tab.
