If you work with teams, it's useful to see how they compare in terms of billability. The Billability per team report shows the same values and percentages as the report per employee, but at team level.
Note: an employee can be a member of multiple teams. As a result, the sum of billable hours may be higher, because those hours may be counted more than once.
Report structure
At the top is the filter bar; below that the KPIs Total billable in period, Billability and Productivity, followed by the charts Total value and Total percentage billable per team, the weekly trend charts, and the Detail view (the table).
Billability and Productivity
These KPIs summarize the selected period: the billability and productivity percentage at a glance.
Total value billable in period
Shows the total billable value per team side by side, so you can see which team registers the most value.
Total percentage billable in period
Shows the billability percentage per team, so you can compare teams regardless of their size.
Billable value trend per week
Tracks the billable value per team per week, so you can see the trend over time.
Billability percentage trend per week
Tracks the billability percentage per week, so you can see whether teams are consistently trending up or down.
Detail view
The table shows the figures per team. Use Columns to choose which columns are visible and Export to download the data.
