The Hours report retrieves all registered hours and corrections from Simplicate, so you can create any breakdown you need. Useful when another report doesn't quite give you the angle you're looking for.
Report structure
At the top is the filter bar; below it the Detail view (the table) with all registered hours within your filter selection. Use Columns to choose which columns are visible (some are off by default, such as Week number, My company, Invoice method, and Service number) and use Export to download the data.
Detail view
The table shows each hours entry individually, including rates, cost price, and corrections.
Columns in the table
KPIs
KPI | Description |
Hourly rate | The selling rate of the hour. |
Cost price per hour | The cost price of the hour. |
Hours spent | The number of hours logged. |
Direct value | The selling value of the direct hours. |
Total cost price | The total cost price of the hours. |
Correction hours | The number of corrected hours. |
Correction value | The value of the corrections. |
Invoiced | The invoiced amount. |

Filters
The filter bar sits at the top of the dashboard group and applies to all reports in Hours in detail. Use Add filter to add filters; use Reset filters to reset everything. If you then switch tabs, the next report keeps the same selection.
