Register hours more efficiently with suggested hours types

In the HR module, you can now add an employee’s discipline, which removes an extra step when registering hours. The hour type will automatically be filled in for you based on these disciplines!

Connect your favorite AI tool with Simplicate so the AI can perform actions directly in Simplicate. For example, log hours in Simplicate straight from Claude or Copilot, or request information about a customer.
We are currently working hard on this feature. The first customers have recently started testing this AI connector. If you would like to try out this functionality and provide us with feedback, please let us know via the Portal.
Connect your BI tooling with Simplicate using the Insights API:
The Insights API makes it easy to connect data from your Simplicate environment to BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, and Tableau. This allows you to build custom reports in which you combine Simplicate data with information from other sources. The Insights API and the Insights module use the same underlying data model.
The first customers have already started testing the Insights API as part of the pilot. If you would like to try out this functionality and provide us with feedback, please let our support department know.
Additional improvements
The overview of the project, service, and hour type you register time on in the Timesheet view has been improved. You can now clearly see at a glance where your time is being registered.
When copying a project, you can now include the registration period for logging hours and expenses. This means you no longer need to open projects individually to adjust the dates, everything is set correctly for your new projects right away.
