It is now possible to view, edit, and manage documents and dossiers in Hyarchis DMS directly within Simplicate. This means you no longer need to switch between applications and can work more efficiently. The integration also automatically creates the correct document structures in Hyarchis and synchronizes relation data from Simplicate to Hyarchis. View the support article here.

Additional improvements
It is now possible to set a separate email address for direct debits on an invoice template. Add extra context to the accompanying email of an invoice, so the debtor can immediately see which invoice it concerns, within what term it must be paid, and how the payment can be made.
It is possible to collectively add disciplines and teams to employees in HRM. This allows you to easily implement collective changes and eliminates the need to update each employee individually.
The start date of quotes is no longer set by default to the creation date, but to the send date. As a result, the date is automatically correct as soon as you send the quote. Of course, it remains possible to enter a date manually; this date will then be used for the validity period and the placeholders in the quote.
