You can now connect Simplicate to AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude & Copilot. Once connected, you work directly from that tool with your Simplicate data: ask questions about your relations, sales opportunities, and projects, log hours, or capture a conversation summary on the timeline, without having to open Simplicate.
Connecting works through Simplicate's official MCP server and requires no technical knowledge. You provide a single address, log in with your Simplicate account, and you're done. You automatically get the same permissions you have in Simplicate, so you can't see or do more than usual.
Example: on your way to a meeting → ask for a summary of your customer
Ask ChatGPT or Claude on the go (by voice if you like) for a short summary of the relation you're driving to. You walk in prepared, without first scrolling through Simplicate.
Example: after the meeting → have your notes added to the timeline
Dictate or type your conversation summary and have it placed straight onto the relation's timeline. No loose notes you have to retype later.

Log hours for yourself or a colleague, including looking up the right project, service, and hour type.

Post a message or conversation summary to the timeline.

Are you the administrator of your company account? Then only you need to set up the connection once; after that, your colleagues can install the connector and log in themselves.
