Below you will find the standard functionality available in every module.
The green '+ New' button
In every module you will see the green + New button in the top right corner of Simplicate. As you would expect, you use this button to add something new. Depending on where you are at that moment, you automatically create a new workflow, a new company, a new sale, a new project, and so on.
The 'Export' button
In every module you can export the data. You will find this button in the top right corner of Simplicate. The export takes into account the filters you have applied at that moment.
KPIs
For the CRM, HRM, Sales, Projects, and Invoices modules you get a quick overview of your results using KPIs, which you can configure yourself. Per module you select the KPIs that apply to your organization via the 'Options' button > Display.
Please note: the KPIs you enable here are visible to everyone and cannot be configured per user. You can authorize who is allowed to change these KPIs (which ones to show or hide) via user permissions.
Searching, sorting, and filtering
In every module you have the option to search extensively by typing something yourself.
In addition, you can specify how you want to sort the overviews in all modules. And depending on the module you are in, you can set a date range.
You can also filter on the overview page, allowing you to quickly make a selection and view the information you need.
In the Projects, HRM, and Hours modules you can hide filters by collapsing them. The selected view is retained, even when you navigate to another page or reload the page.
Workflows, documents, and timeline
In the Projects module you will find the Workflows, Documents, and Timeline tabs by default.
In the CRM, HRM, and Sales modules you also have the Workflows and Documents tabs, but the timeline can be found under the 'Overview' tab.
Every CRM relation (company and person), employee, sale & project has its own workflows, documents, and timeline.
Please note: every CRM relation (company and person), employee, sale & project has its own relevant information. Because you always create a sale and a project on a company or person, the workflows, documents, and timeline messages from these will always be accessible in CRM as well. CRM is therefore always the foundation where you can find everything.
