Did you know... you can just give your colleagues access to the personnel file in HRM and at the same time screen off certain types of documents?

Many general HRM documents, such as the CV, the employment agreement, etc. should be accessible to both employer and employee. However, sometimes you also want to record documents in someone's personnel file that the employee themselves should not have access to.

You can set this per document type. Via Settings > General > Documents, you determine which types of documents are available.

More information about document types can be found in this article. Next, go to Settings > General > Users, user groups and rights > Rights per user group to specify per document type who may or may not have access to it.
