Simplicate has predefined several standard document types, which can be fully customized and expanded according to your preferences. The maximum file size for a document is 64MB.
Navigate to Settings > General > Documents.
An existing document type can be modified by clicking on it. To create a new document type, click the green ‘+ New’ button at the top right in Simplicate:
Next, specify in which module(s) the document type should be recorded and thus be visible:
Now that you have created or modified a document type, we advise you to carefully review the permissions. Go to Settings > Account > Users, user groups and users > Permissions per user group. Here, you can specify per document type who is allowed or not allowed to view it.
