There are a number of details required to display a new administration in the settings of the accounting integration. To add an extra administration from Yuki to Simplicate, three steps must be completed:

  • The API key must be set to 'domain'

  • The administration ID of the new administration must be retrieved

  • This information must be sent to [email protected]

Please note: The new administration in Yuki must be in the same 'Domain' and 'Back Office Portal' as the first administration to be added in Simplicate. This article assumes that the administrations are in one domain.

Only one Yuki domain can be entered in Simplicate. If you want to have multiple Yuki administrations in Simplicate, ensure that these administrations fall under the same Yuki domain and that all API keys in that domain are set to the 'domain' type.

1. Set the API key to 'domain'

The API key is adjusted in Yuki. To adjust it, the following steps must be followed:

  1. Log in to Yuki

  2. Click on Management

  3. Next to the domain containing the administrations, click on the 'box with arrow' (shortcut to domain)

  4. Click on Settings in the bottom left

  5. Under Integrations, click on Webservices

  6. Click on the 'triangle' to the left of the API key you want to use

  7. Set Type to Domain

  8. Click on Save

  9. Copy this key to send to [email protected] along with the Administration ID

2. Retrieve the administration ID of the new administration

The administration ID is also retrieved in Yuki. To retrieve it, the following steps must be followed:

  1. Log in to Yuki

  2. Click on Management

  3. Next to the domain containing the administrations, click on the 'box with arrow' (shortcut to domain)

  4. Click on the 'My domain' block

  5. Under 'Administrations', click on the name of the administration you want to add to Simplicate

  6. You will then find the Administration-ID in the URL bar. The administration ID is everything after 'ID='

  7. Copy this key to send to [email protected] along with the API key

Please note: The monthly costs per administration that you link to your accounting package are €17 for a monthly subscription and €15 for an annual subscription (billed annually). The third and subsequent linked administrations are free of charge.

3. Send the key & ID to Support

Once you have both the API key and the administration ID, you can send an email to [email protected]. Our Development Team will then add the extra administration to the accounting integration within a few days.

We will notify you when the administration has been added. Once the administration has been added, it can be found in the settings of the accounting integration.

To do this in Simplicate, go to settings > add-ons, integrations > Yuki. Then click on the company profile you want to link to the new administration and under 'General settings', click on 'Yuki administration'. Then select the new administration.

The new Yuki Administration is now linked!
