Adding a new administration to the accounting integration (Exact Online)

There are a number of details required to display a new administration in the settings of the accounting integration.

Please note: The monthly costs per administration that you link to your accounting package are €17 for a monthly subscription and €15 for an annual subscription (billed annually). The third and subsequent linked administrations are free of charge.

Division code

Open the Exact Online environment and click on 'all options' at the top left under administrations:

You will now see a screen with administrations: hover your mouse over the 'Code' field of the desired administration (a link will now appear at the bottom of your browser. This link contains the division code of the administration).

If your browser does not show this, drag the 'Code' to a new tab in your browser. The division code is now listed in the URL. It concerns the Division without the underscore before it.

In Simplicate, go to settings > add-ons, integrations > Exact Online. Enter the relevant code here (the field indicated by the red arrow) and click on add. This concerns the numerical code without 'Division' in front of it:

After you click on add, the administration is added immediately! You can now select it under 'Exact Online administration*'.

Please note: If you want to add multiple Exact Online administrations to your Simplicate accounting integration, it is important that you give Simplicate access to these administrations. To do this in Exact Online, go to Username (top right) > My Exact Online and then select the Security Center tab. Scroll down until you see the 'Authorizations for my apps' heading and then click on 'show all'. You will then see the App authorizations overview where you can view and add various settings.
