It is possible to personalize both the digital signing button within the email correspondence and the quote portal itself.

Customizing the Sign digitally button

When a quote is sent using the 'digitally sign' delivery method, the customer's email will contain a button labeled "View quote and approve digitally".

It is possible to customize this button by translating its text and adjusting both the button's background color and the text color. Furthermore, you have the option to manually add the button as a placeholder within the email template, allowing you to position it as desired.

These customization options can be found under Settings > Sales > Quote Templates > [Relevant Quote Template] > 'E-mail' Tab.

This is how the button will look in the email:

If you do not specify where the button is placed in the email, the button will appear above the email.

Customizing the Digital Quotation Portal

When a quotation is sent using the 'Digitally Sign' method, the customer can subsequently access this quotation through a digital quote portal. Within this portal, there are several fields that the customer is required to fill.

It is also possible to customize the descriptions of these fields to align with your preferred terminology or translations.

The quote portal consists of the following elements:

  • Logo (This can be configured via the Corporate identity settings, located under Settings > Account > Company Profile > [Relevant Company Profile] > 'Corporate identity' Tab.)

  • Title

  • Description

  • Name

  • Signature

  • Enter IBAN for SEPA Direct Debit (optional)

  • Approve

All other fields can be customized via Settings > Sales > Quote Templates > [Relevant Quote Template] > 'Quote Portal' Tab.

Below is an example of how the quote portal appears to the customer:
