Capacity planning gives you insight into the availability of time per period and employee. An important (and quick) indicator for that availability are the colors used.

Adjusting the Threshold Values

To adjust the percentages at which the colors change, go to your Simplicate environment:

Settings > Capacity Planning > General Capacity Planning Settings

Then, under "threshold," you can adjust the percentages at which the color changes. This follows an "equal to or higher than" rule.

For example, if you want the color orange to apply to percentages higher than 80, you would set the value to "81" in the settings. This ensures that percentages 'equal to or higher than' 81% turn orange.
