Via Settings > Account > Subscription, you can see exactly how your subscription is structured with all associated data, such as the chosen plan, corresponding cycle, and number of users.
The number of active users is automatically tracked by Simplicate (these are literally all employees who have an active login. Blocked users are therefore not active users).
You will receive the invoice based on the number of users you then specify yourself. This may therefore differ from the number of active users.
Creating additional users
If you want to create an additional user when your subscription has reached the maximum number of users, Simplicate will ask you if you want to extend your license. By clicking 'agree', you extend the subscription by 1 user.
Removing a user from your subscription
Please note: your subscription will not automatically be adjusted downwards when you block or delete a user. You will receive a notification about this via a pop-up in Simplicate, after which you can/must adjust this downwards yourself.
Why is the number of users not automatically adjusted downwards if you delete or block a user?
This is not adjusted automatically because there can be multiple reasons for blocking or deleting an employee. For example, you might delete or block a user to then create another user. A license is therefore not directly linked one-to-one to an employee.
