Managing absence types
Simplicate has activated the common absence types by default, which can be found in the HRM settings: Absence type.
Note: it is not possible to add absence types yourself. Additional absence types can be requested via email. The email can be sent to: [email protected].
You can block an absence type that is not applicable in your organization. These absence types will then no longer be selectable when registering new absence.
It is also possible to modify the description of the absence types. To do this, click on the absence type you want to edit, after which you can change the name in the 'Absence type description' field.
