How many workflows are still open with a deadline from last year? What is the status of all workflows I’ve created? What is the average lead time of workflows?
You can find answers to these types of questions in the workflow reporting in Insights. This allows you to keep track of your workflows and streamline your processes.
Note: Workflows linked to employees in your organization are not included in this report for privacy reasons. This refers to personal workflows from the HRM module.
Overview View
The report provides the following insights:
Numbers: Open vs. completed workflows
Numbers: Created per month
Numbers: Open per deadline
Numbers: Workflows per workflow type
Numbers: Open per employee
Average lead time: Per workflow type in days. Lead time is based on the "creation date" and "last modified date" for completed workflows.
All of these overviews can be filtered to provide different insights. For example, you can apply a filter on both creation date and deadline date combined.
Detail View
The detail view shows a table with all workflows in the selection. This table can be exported to .csv, which can then easily be converted to, for example, Excel.
Note: Some data fields are no longer available once a workflow is marked as "completed." This may cause the filters to behave differently than expected. These fields are: "Step," "Responsible," and "Created by."
