Provides insight into invoiced revenue per industry. You can define the industries your debtors operate in within the CRM. This report gives you a clear view of where you are strongly active and which industries generate less activity.

The industry data is retrieved from the CRM. You can read how to configure and customize this in the following article.

This overview page displays the following KPIs:

  • Invoiced per industry in selected period

  • Development of invoiced revenue

  • Total invoiced per relation

  • Total invoiced per revenue group

  • Total invoiced per service

Invoiced per Industry in Selected Period
This bar chart shows the invoiced revenue per industry from high to low, taking into account any active filters in the right sidebar.

Revenue per Industry
The N/A chart shows invoiced revenue for relations where no industry has been assigned. You can easily fix this by assigning an industry to all relations.

You can click on any industry to zoom in further. The page will then refresh with the selected industry applied.

Development of Invoiced Revenue
This trend line displays how the invoiced revenue evolves over time. The overview respects any filters set in the sidebar.

Revenue Development
Tip: Click a specific industry in the bar chart (or use the filter on the right) to see how it has developed over the past period. Hovering your mouse over the line will show the value for the corresponding month.

Total Invoiced per Relation
This KPI shows the invoiced revenue from all relations, from high to low.

Total Invoiced per Relation
By selecting a period in the sidebar, you can easily retrieve your Top 10 (or more) relations from, for example, last year.

Total Invoiced per Revenue Group
This KPI shows invoiced revenue per revenue group, from high to low. A revenue group is a collection of one or more services.

Total Invoiced per Revenue Group
Revenue groups often represent your company’s services at a high level. This gives you a quick view of where the focus is—and isn’t.

Total Invoiced per Service
This KPI displays invoiced revenue per service from high to low. All services provided by your company are always linked to a “standard service,” even if you change the service’s description.

Total Invoiced per Service
Invoiced services often provide a more detailed view of revenue compared to revenue by revenue group.

This gives you quick insights into which services you deliver the most—or the least—allowing you to effectively anticipate growth or decline in service revenue.
