Gain insights into the services you primarily deliver and the revenue they generate. You can find this summarized on the main overview page.

All revenue displayed is always linked to a standard service and revenue group.

Good to know:

  • Amounts shown are always excluding VAT and only include invoices sent from Simplicate.

  • Periods are determined by the invoice date (not by any alternative booking date).

The overview page displays the following KPIs:

  • Total invoiced per service

  • Development of invoiced revenue

  • Total invoiced per client

Below, you’ll find an explanation for each KPI.

Total Invoiced per Service
This KPI displays the invoiced revenue per service from high to low. All services your company delivers are always linked to a “standard service,” even if you change the description of the service.

Invoiced per Service
The invoiced services often provide a more detailed view of revenue compared to revenue per revenue group.

This gives you quick insights into which services you deliver most or least often, allowing you to anticipate growing or declining revenue.

Development of Invoiced Revenue
This trend line shows how invoiced revenue evolves over time. The overview considers any filter set on the side.
