🆕 Automate leave and absence processing to Nmbrs
Free for all licenses in 2025; from 2026 €1 per user per month
Available now: the new integration with Nmbrs. With the Nmbrs integration in Simplicate, you automate synchronizing leave and absence, putting an end to double data entry. This saves time and prevents errors, helping you collaborate more efficiently with HR and Payroll.
You can freely try the integration with by activating it via the integrations page in your Simplicate environment. Throughout 2025, the integration is free to use. From 2026, the cost will be €1 per user per month.
🆕 Deadlines and bulk actions in Workflows
Available for free in all licenses
Now available to everyone: bulk actions and deadlines in Workflows. Often, when you start a workflow, you already know when it needs to be completed. Set the deadline right when starting a workflow, then sort and filter by deadline in the workflow overview. Next, use the new Insights report to manage your team’s workload.
You can also take advantage of the new bulk actions in Workflows.
Other improvements
Faster from sales to project: when accepting a sales opportunity, you now see a clear screen where you can easily choose which services to include in the project.
Sort invoice attachments your way: specify on the invoice how you want the attachments sorted — by date, employee, activity type, or based on the order shown in the new services view (beta) (available from Thursday, July 3).
Adding notes in timesheets is easier: the day view is still required to add notes, but thanks to the new Edit note button you can do this faster and more clearly (available from Thursday, July 3).
Index hourly rates on activity types more easily: to simplify indexing hourly rates on activity types, we’ve added an option to the activity type to apply a change directly to all standard services that use it (available from Thursday, July 3).
If login via Google or Microsoft is enabled, the username and password fields are no longer displayed (available from Thursday, July 3).
