New: Compare your own performance with industry peers

Today, we’re proud to announce that the benchmark data you already know from our periodically published Benchmark Reports is now also available in Simplicate. In the Insights module, you’ll find a new report with benchmark figures for your industry. This allows you to easily compare your own performance with that of your peers. Instantly discover where you’re leading, where you’re falling behind, and where growth opportunities lie.
🆕 New: Control who has access to CRM relations
Available in all packages
With this update, you can now decide per contact who gets access: everyone, or only employees from selected business profiles. This makes it easy to build a CRM per business profile or provide access to contacts exactly where it’s needed.
🆕 New: Progress percentage on services
Available in Rise and Optimize
You were already able to manage spending versus budget in Simplicate. But when spending, budget, and duration got out of sync, the overview was missing. With the new progress percentage on services, you can now capture this and regain full insight. The progress percentage has also been added to the Work in Progress report in Insights. This way, you can instantly see whether your projects are on track and gain extra visibility into your work in progress position.
Other improvements
You can now also add hyperlinks to quotes — handy if you want to refer to a webpage, for example.
In Insights, you can now invert filters: exclude, for instance, a specific employee from a report with just one click.
Use a bulk action to add employees or teams to multiple projects at once.
In the new services screen: a larger description field, billing info always visible for time or cost types, and quicker access to a service by simply clicking on the row.
You can now also bulk update the manager of multiple employees in one go.
