General CRM Settings

Determine which additional fields you want to record for your contacts

You can access your general CRM settings via Settings > CRM > General CRM Settings.

Delivery to Private Individuals:

If you provide services to private individuals, select 'Yes' here. This setting allows you to create sales processes, projects, and invoices for persons added in the Simplicate CRM module.


Rate Agreements in CRM:

It is possible to record rate agreements at the client level.


Additional Fields Available:

In addition to the standard fields in Simplicate, you can also define extra fields. If you leave one of these options unchecked, it will not be shown in the CRM module.

The following fields can be hidden or displayed:

  • Account Manager

  • Industry

  • Company Size

  • Interests

  • SBI Code

Tip: If you do not use one of the above options, hide it. This ensures that only relevant data is visible.


Contact Numbering:

The CRM module allows you to use contact numbering. You can choose from the following options:

  • None

  • Open field / manual input

  • Through counter
