Price agreements at client level

Record Price agreements per client in CRM!

Of course, you may have agreed on a price agreements with a specific client. You can record this in Simplicate CRM.

Settings
To record rate agreements in CRM, you must first activate this option.
Go to Settings > CRM > General settings. Here, select Price agreements on CRM in CRM: Yes.

In CRM, the 'rate agreements' tab has now been added:

Recording the agreements
In this tab, you will record the prices. You do this by clicking 'New' (top right).

Depending on whether you use an hourly rate per hour type or an hourly rate based on employees in Simplicate, you will see one or two options.

You select either 'hour type' or 'employee' and enter the price you agreed upon with the client:

The agreements will then appear in the overview:

Using prices in the project
When you then create a project for this client and select the relevant hour type or employee, Simplicate will indicate that a price agreement has been made and ask whether you want to use this agreement:
