From Simplicate, you send your quotes/proposals to your clients, containing the agreements regarding the services you wish to provide. Once the client approves this, you might also want to send an order confirmation.

Yes, it is! Go to Settings > Sales > Quote Templates and create a new quote template, which you set up entirely as an order confirmation instead of a quote. Adjust your quote texts and email template accordingly.
