With the Informanagement integration, you link Simplicate’s CRM with the Informanagement portal and easily specify which information may be displayed to clients and employees.

Informanagement is the information platform for accountancy and bookkeeping firms. Since 2002, they have been providing information services to firms in a professional manner. By using the Informanagement portal, they can inform your clients and employees in a targeted way based on a set profile, keep your website updated with current news, and manage your social media channels.

Simplicate, in collaboration with Informanagement, has designed a template that allows you to specify the type of newsletter and the information profile for each client. Through the integration, your client data is updated daily in the Informanagement portal.

The template is only available for Persons in CRM. There is no template available for CRM > Companies.

When activating the template in the environment, the following custom fields are added under CRM > Persons.

In Newsletter profile, you can select from the following options via the dropdown menu:
