Quote templates

Go to Settings > Sales > Quote templates. By default, you will see the template "Standard" here. You can create as many templates as you want here using the +New button (top right).

Once you click on a template, you will see the preferred settings of the price table. Here you can indicate per item whether or not you want it displayed on the price table. Once you check an option, that item will be hidden by default on the quote.

In the translation labels tab, you can adjust all default texts (labels) yourself. If you want to change the text quote to order confirmation, you can adjust that here.

In the default text blocks tab, you will see Introduction and Closing. The Introduction text block is a text block that you can include by default in your quote template. This text block is always placed above the price table. The Closing text block is a text block that you can also include by default in your quote template. This text block is always placed below the price table.

If you want to add additional text blocks besides these default text blocks, that is of course also possible! You configure this at Settings > Sales > Quote text blocks.

In the email tab, you set up the email message as you want it formatted when sending your quotes. Here you determine the subject, the content, and whether to include an attachment by default. For the subject and the content, you have the option to add so-called "Simplicate field texts" ( [P] ). You can use this for any references.
