Corrections

A basic criterion for being able to delete hours is that the hours must not contain any corrections. Corrections on the hours must first be deleted in such cases. The corrections can be deleted via the tab 'hours' > 'detailed hours' in the project. With the use of the 'actions' button, the correction can be deleted.

Using Week Review

When using the week review to check hours, you have the option to delete registered hours until the week is officially approved. Once approval is completed, it is no longer possible to delete these hours. To do so, the week must first be reopened via the week review.

Once the week has been reopened via week review, it is good to check the following:

  • Hours on a fixed price service: can now be deleted

  • Hours on a subscription: can now be deleted

  • Hours on an actual-costing basis: can be deleted, provided they are not on a draft invoice or already invoiced

Not Using Week Review

If week review is not in use, it is essential to verify which type of service is being used:

  • Hours on a fixed price service: can now be deleted

  • Hours on a subscription: can now be deleted

  • Hours on an actual-costing basis: can be deleted, provided they are not on a draft invoice or already invoiced

Below is a detailed overview for both situations:

Hours are not on an invoice and are not invoiced

Hours do not contain corrections

Week review: week is open
