Simplicate is currently available by default in Dutch and English. In addition, you can (regardless of the language you set), translate quotes and invoices into any language you like.
Set preferred language
To set your preferred language, go to ‘My profile’ in the top right corner of Simplicate by clicking on your profile picture.
Under the ‘User details’ tab, you can change the preferred language by selecting the desired language and then saving it using the ‘Save’ button at the bottom right.
Set default language
The preferred language can also be set at environment level: This choice applies to the default language for all new users. Each user can then choose to deviate from this via their personal profile.
Translate quotes and invoices
In addition to the default Dutch or English setting, you can create as many templates as you like for sending quotes and invoices. For each template, you can customize all standard text according to your own preference.
