Discover even faster how your company is performing with the key KPIs related to invoicing and hours. Compare revenue and hours spent with the same period last year and check if you are still on track.

The dashboard is divided into two sections: Invoicing and Hours.


Invoicing Dashboard

In the 'Invoicing' tab, you’ll find the following KPIs:

KPI

Explanation

Invoiced (cumulative)

Shows the invoiced revenue of this year and last year.

Top customers this year

Displays the companies to which the most revenue has been invoiced this year.

Invoiced (per month)

Shows the invoiced revenue per month for the current and last year.

Top industries (this year)

Displays the industries to which the most revenue has been invoiced this year.

Invoiced per revenue group and standard service (this year)

Shows the revenue distribution for this year.

Invoiced per company profile (this year)

Displays how much revenue has been invoiced per company profile (administration) this year.


Hours Dashboard

In the 'Hours' tab, you’ll find the following KPIs:

KPI

Explanation

Value of billable hours (cumulative)

Displays the sales value of hours for both last year and this year, including the forecast based on productivity targets.

Average hourly rate after adjustments (this year)

Displays the average hourly rate, including adjustments.

Value of billable hours (per month)

Shows the hours spent per month for the current and last year.

Time registration completeness (last 5 weeks)

Displays how complete the time entries are.

Number of hours logged per month & hour type (this year)

Displays the distribution of hours per month.
