The report shows data of planned tasks (in the future) as well as data of tasks that have already passed, up to 6 months in the past.
Detail Level
In this report, you can see all tasks broken down into hours per day or per month.
Example of how it works per day:
An employee has a schedule of 8 hours per day, from Monday to Friday.
For this employee, a task of 10 hours is scheduled, which they have a week to complete.
The automatic distribution over the days will be 2 planned hours on Monday through Friday.
In the detail hours, this task is divided into 5 tasks:
Monday: 2 hours
Tuesday: 2 hours
Wednesday: 2 hours
Thursday: 2 hours
Friday: 2 hours
