Turn your reports into valuable insights
Since June, the Insights module has been available. Since then, not only have many filters and columns been added, but you can also toggle them on and off — enabling you to create exports that focus on the performance metrics most valuable to your business. You can then use these exports for further analysis, even in other tools.
Edit and create services more easily
Since the Services screen in the Projects module was redesigned for managing services, we’ve identified — based on customer feedback — ways to further improve the user experience. Some of this feedback has already been implemented over the past month.
For example, you can now add multiple items of the same cost type, giving you better oversight of budgeting within a service. In addition, subscriptions are easier to manage by allowing you to change the revenue group of an ongoing subscription service.
We’ll continue to monitor whether the user experience can be further optimized, so please keep sharing your feedback whenever you spot improvements!
Other improvements
Add page numbers to your quotes: you can place the numbering on the left, center, or right.
Indicate how you’d like attachments sorted on invoices: by date, employee, activity type, or following the order shown in the new Services screen.
Adding notes in timesheets is easier: while the day view is still required to add notes, the new “Edit note” button and quick keys D/W (day/week) make this faster and more user-friendly.
Extra information in the CRM export: two new columns have been added — the default VAT code and invoice template — so you can include these in your own analyses directly from the export.
In project purchasing, it’s now clearer how many lines have been processed or not: we now distinguish between “to process,” “processed,” and “rejected.” This makes it immediately clear which purchase entries still need your attention.
Index hourly rates on activity types more easily: we’ve added a setting to activity types so that changes can be applied directly to all standard services using that activity type.
If login is restricted to Google or Microsoft only, the username and password fields are no longer displayed.
