Select a quote template, or create a new template using the ‘add’ button in the top right corner.
Adding a signature to the quote
The placeholder for the sender's signature is added in the same way as a text block. You can then adjust the size as shown in the image below.
You can place the signature on the blue lines that appear after selecting the signature in the toolbar. The signature that will eventually be retrieved is the signature of the sender of the quote. How to set this per user will be explained later in this article.
Setting up a signature
Each employee sets up their own signature via ‘My profile’ in the top right corner of Simplicate.
Once everything has been set up as described above, you will see the relevant signature displayed in the quote as follows:
