CRM

Online CRM in Simplicate stands for the easy and centralized recording of all relevant data about your companies and contacts. From here, you can immediately view and/or create all associated sales, quotes, projects, and invoices. In the associated digital file, you’ll find all important items such as colleagues’ notes and other correspondence. This keeps you up to date with everything you need to know.

Simplicate also features handy quick filters, allowing you to speedily generate custom combinations and selections of your desired data, which you can export to Excel with one click!


Sales

In the sales module, you turn a company and/or contact into a sales pipeline. You gain direct insight into progress, win probabilities, and potential revenue.

Since every company has its own sales process, we’ve made it possible to fully customize the steps in this process to your liking. As soon as a sales opportunity becomes concrete, you can quickly and easily create a full quote, which you can then send online via Simplicate.


Project Management & Time Tracking

Once you’ve closed a deal, with a single click you convert the sales pipeline into a project. In Simplicate Project Management, everything comes together. All critical information is clearly displayed so you immediately gain insight into a project’s status and progress. You can easily indicate how you want to track and/or invoice, which employees are working on a project, and optionally attach a rate.

You can then plan and write hours in the Time module. In the associated digital file, you swiftly record tasks, notes, reports, and all other correspondence. Everything is in one central location, so everyone always knows the current status.


Invoicing & Connection to the Accounting Package

You easily apply your own branding, then instantly send invoices—automatically, quickly, and accurately. Based on recorded hours, created services, or completed milestones, Simplicate provides an overview of what you can invoice.

Do you send the same invoices every month or quarter? Simplicate prepares them automatically for you!

By connecting to your accounting software, you automate the entire invoicing process. All payment details are synchronized, and once an invoice is paid, its status in Simplicate is automatically updated to “paid.”
