When you create an invoice for this relation, the configured preferences are automatically applied to the invoice. Before you actually send the invoice, you can still deviate from this if necessary.
You can set the invoicing details via CRM. You navigate to the relevant relation and click on the 'Invoicing' tab:
Invoice attn. - here you can specify to whose attention or which department the invoices should always be sent.
Invoice delivery - specify here whether the invoice should be printed (to be sent by post) or sent by e-mail.
When you have chosen to send by e-mail, you can indicate here whether the invoice should be sent to: Company contact person, Project contact person (if filled), Free choice e-mail address.
CC recipients invoice - if the invoice should always be sent to a second e-mail address, you can enter one or more e-mail addresses here (separated by a comma).
Send UBL invoice - From Simplicate, you can also send invoices in UBL format. Click the link below this article for more information about UBL invoices.
Payment condition - here you specify the payment condition for the client. This is either termijnen op rekening installments on account or incasso direct debit. If different payment conditions apply to a client, for example, when only subscriptions are collected by direct debit and other services are not, this can still be adjusted at the project level.
Default VAT code - here you enter a default VAT code on a CRM relation. With this setting, services in a sales trajectory and/or project are automatically created with this selected VAT code. This overrides the setting of the default service and the VAT code selected there.
VAT number - for deliveries outside the EU or when reverse charging VAT, the VAT number of the debtor can be entered under 'VAT number'. This will then be printed on the sales invoice by default.
IBAN number - if there is a direct debit, enter the IBAN number of the relation here. When you have linked Simplicate to an accounting software, this accounting software will use this number for the direct debit.
BIC code - if there is a direct debit, enter the BIC code of the relation here.
Invoice template - choose the template you want to use here. For more information, see the article on invoice templates.
