With the quotation editor in Simplicate, you can easily create quotations in your own corporate identity. Previously, you could choose from the most popular Google Fonts. From now on, you have access to virtually all available Google Fonts! This way, you can make your quotations align even better with your corporate identity.
In the quotation editor, you have the option to choose a font on the right-hand side. Via 'Manage quote fonts', you have the choice of all available Google Fonts and can then choose which Google Fonts you want to include in the selection.
In this overview, you can search for the desired fonts using the search bar. The search results will then appear in the ‘Font family’ column, and you can add the font to your selection using the ‘+’ sign. After making your selection, you can apply your selected fonts in the quotation. It is also possible to remove fonts from the selection. You do this by clicking on the cross behind the relevant Google Font.
Not every font comes standard with the options 'Regular', 'Bold', and 'Italic'. For each font, it is indicated which option is available.
Additionally, the selection you set on the quotation template also determines the fonts visible on the template in the sales process. Employees who use the template within sales processes, therefore, only have the choice of the Google Fonts selected on the quotation template in the settings—unless these employees are also allowed to edit quotation templates
