What Happens to Your Data During a Package Downgrade

Firstly, it's important to emphasize that we do not delete your data when downgrading your package. The existing data always remains linked to the respective environment. However, this data may no longer be visible in previously available reports, as these reports are no longer part of the downgraded package.

When downgrading your license from Ultimate Efficiency to Professional, you lose the following insights:

  • Business Intelligence reporting

  • Capacity planning

  • Project planning

When downgrading your license from Professional to Get Started, you lose the following insights:

  • Leave and absence reporting

  • Projectresults reporting

  • Subscription reporting

Generally, the data from the missing reports is retained within the system but can now be found spread across different places. Think of other reports or via exports. Using our reporting tools, we bundle this separate data into a cohesive report to help you manage your organization.

It's important to emphasize that we do not delete any data when lowering the license.
