Within the CRM module, you manage all your relationships. You can easily create a new company or a new person. There are various options for recording data within the CRM module, so we recommend thoroughly reviewing all steps and carefully considering any ‘extra’ data you want to record using ‘custom fields’.
In the video above, we show you how to create a new relationship, add contacts, set billing preferences, and easily search for your relationships.
To quickly add a company, follow these steps:
1. Go to CRM - Companies.
2. Click on ‘New’.
3. Enter the company name.
4. Click on the magnifying glass to auto-fill the address details.
5. Fill in the extra fields you have chosen.
6. Save the entered data.
