Every now and then, users ask us how to access their login screen. If your organization has a paid Simplicate account (or a free trial account), enter the following URL in your browser: [companyname].simplicate.app. You can then log in using the email address and password registered in your environment.
Have you forgotten your password? Then click on ‘Forgot password?’ and enter the email address linked to your Simplicate account. You can then set a new password via the email you receive. If you don’t receive an email, check your spam/junk inbox and look for emails from the sender ‘Simplicate’.
Note: "Forgot password?" is only available when logging in with a username and password is enabled in the environment.
If you’re unable to resolve the issue, you can also ask a colleague (with sufficient user rights) to re-invite you to Simplicate via HRM > Employed > your profile > 'User' tab.
On this page, you can check the login name (email address) and click 'Save and invite' in the bottom right corner. At that moment, a new invitation will be sent to the entered email address allowing you to set a password and log in again.
