A workflow consists of a series of tasks that are executed in a sequence and can be assigned to different employees. In Simplicate, workflows are often related to specific entities, such as relationships, sales, or projects.
In many cases, users need the same workflow for multiple projects. Think, for example, of an accountant who has to perform the same corporate income tax return annually for various financial year projects.
Users can now select multiple projects from the project overview and start a workflow on all those selected projects at once via "Actions".
Then choose which workflow you want to generate and to whom you want to assign the workflows. You can also add an explanation here if necessary.
Please note! Are you assigning the workflow to the project leader? Then ensure that a project leader has been selected in the project settings. To find out which projects do not have a project leader, you can filter on "no project leader" on the right. This will only show you projects where no project leader is currently assigned.
To maintain a periodic overview and flow in all these actions, it can be of great value to gain insight into ongoing to-dos and workflows. Customers who use the Ultimate Efficiency package can extract this from the BI module.
